We have urgent opening of “ CHIEF OF TRAINING AND NETWORK SUCCESS “ to be based in KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA. The Chief of Training and Network Success is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving the performance, engagement, and long-term success of our IR network. This role leads the strategy, development, and execution of comprehensive training programs, leadership development initiatives, and success systems for all levels of the network. The position reports directly to the CEO and collaborates closely with Marketing, Sales, Compliance, and Field Leadership. To qualify for this position you must have proven experience (10+ years) in MLM or direct selling industry with a strong track record in distributor/IR training, field development, or network success. Minimum of 5+ years in a senior leadership role, ideally reporting to C-level executives. Expertise in adult learning principles, e-learning platforms, and field coaching. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required. Experience with multilingual and global field teams. Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations in MLM/Direct Selling.
