To qualify for this role, you must have minimum of 10-12 years’ experience in managing compensation & benefits/ Total Rewards Management. A Global Payroll Manager oversees payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws, labor regulations, and reporting requirements. They manage the entire payroll process for a global workforce, including payroll processing, data integrity, and coordination with internal and external teams.
