We have an urgent requirement of “ LEGAL COUNSEL (MENA REGION) “ with minimum of 5-7 years of experience in reputed organization with excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures. Strong knowledge of local laws and ability to analyse situations and information. Must be Bachelor Degree holder in Law. Fluent in Arabic & English is a must. Ability to travel abroad for business trips. Experience in Middle East Laws and regulations. Primary responsibility will be handling – Corporate Maters/ Risk Management /Litigation Management/Intellectual Property (IP) / Registration and Protection that includes assets such as patents, trademarks, copyrights which are essential to protect the company’s brand.
